CARI
DELL: Lead Guitarist & Vocals
Cari
Dell, born and raised in Austin, Texas, knows what
it takes to compete in the," Live Music Capitol
of the World". Cari took her first guitar
lesson at the age of 12 and has never looked back!
Cari fronts her three-piece band with crystal clear
vocal and mind blowing guitar work. She is known for
her energetic live performances and guitar
showmanship. Her electrifying guitar strokes have
been compared to such greats as Carlos Santana, Eric
Johnson, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. She has a guitar
style that is very imaginative and memorable. Cari's
voice has an innocent, soulful quality that evokes
emotion and beauty in each of her songs. Cari is an
accomplished lead guitarist and gifted singer
songwriter who has developed an electric sound
blending her love for melodic Pop-Rock and R&B.
'Cari was recently awarded the RADIO SIX
INTERNATIONAL,"2003 RECORD OF THE YEAR",
in Glasgow, Scotland for her song, "A Thing For
Me". She also received the runner-up honors for
her song, "The Trial". According to RADIO
SIX INTERNATIONAL, this is the first time in the
history of their station that the same artist
received the .. 1 and .. 2 spots! Cari's song,
"The Starting Line", reached .. 34 on
www.mp3.com North American New Country charts on
August 6, 2002, and "Anything You Want To
Do", reached .. 1 in Colorado on www.mp3.com's
Pop-Rock category. Cari has proven to be a
multifaceted artist who has scored music for film,
radio drama, and has worked hard at promoting her
original music.
 
MICHAEL
BROWN: Bass & Vocals
Michael
Brown, born in Great Bend, Kansas is a talented and solid bass
player. His credits date back to the late 60's when he performed
with, "The Soul Syndicate", an eight piece Motown Soul
group. In the 70's Michael played with various bands including,
"Crystal Image", "The Vacant Lot", and "The
River City Revue". In The 80's Michael played with a seven
piece all original fusion jazz band called, "Cyrus". For the
last sixteen years Michael and Cari have been playing music together.
JOHN HALL: Drums & Vocals
John
Hall has been playing drums for 25 years. Prior to
his recent move to Colorado springs, John resided in the San Francisco
Bay Area. In California he had performed with blues legends such as
guitarist Huber Sumlin (Howlin Wolf), and Sonny Rhodes (Alligator
Recording Artist). John enjoyed playing with local favorites such
as Rich Kirch (John Lee Hooker), Ron Thompson (Mick Fleetwood Blues
Trio), Jimmy Pugh (Robert Cray/Tommy Castro), blues singer Country Pete
McGill, and Johnny Harper’s Carnival (New Orleans Funk). John
also kept a busy schedule performing in California and Nevada casinos,
festivals, and fair circuits as the drummer and musical director for
singer Dave Russell (Contemporary Country).
